With more than a dozen years in chocolate events and experiences, we know how to create a specialty experience for groups of all sizes. Cocoa Beantown is the only chocolate tasting event provider in New England that has worked with the Fine Cacao and Chocolate Institute (FCCI), and has provided large scale programming for festivals and colleges.
Such events include:
- a 350 person chocolate tasting for a college open house
- chocolate tasting tables for corporate conferences, receiving 200+ visitors over the course of 2 hours
- virtual tasting events for virtual conferences with more than 300 guests
- corporate gifting chocolate tasting boxes with customized thank-you messages incorporating company swag and being sent to 150 recipients
- educational presentations on festival main stages
- all-ages inclusive programming for families at holiday fairs, food expos, and indoor and outdoor site-activations
Our chocolate tasting tables are just one of the styles of programming we specifically developed to reach more folks. Let us curate a tasting menu just like we would for our guided tastings, but set it up in a way that allows guests to come and go as they choose. Pick a style of presentation—need something more elegant for a rooftop cocktail party, that’s not a problem! Want something that includes a bit more interactivity? We’ve got a style of presentation that includes educational touch and feel elements like cocoa pods, cocoa butter, nibs, photos, antique candy boxes, and more.
How about something a little… splashier? We’ve got chocolate fountains! Yes! Rent one of our chocolate fountain machines, or have us come in and set up the entire experience, including all your dippers. Rates are available depending on how much prep you need from us.
