A blog dedicated to the world of chocolate would hardly be reliable if I didn’t display, for critical review, my credentials as a chocoholic. Anyone that knows me personally, for even a short bit of time, tends to find out rather quickly that I do indeed have a deep and enthusiastic affection for the subject matter. In preparation of launching this site, I documented for the entire calendar year of 2012, how much chocolate I ate. Listed below by date, you will see a complete record of what chocolate items I ate, with approximate descriptions of the amount, for 365 days. Not a single day is missed! Those days that involved leading chocolate tours, or going to some sort of chocolate event, tend to have quite a few chocolate items listed, as those days I basically spend at least a few hours a day specifically dedicated to eating chocolate.
